Quality Engineer | 质量工程师
Responsibilities
- Establish, introduce, improve, update and maintain the company's ISO quality management system documents; assist in customer quality audits; organize internal system audits and quality system improvement work
- Handle customer complaint incidents, complete investigations and form reports, verify the effectiveness of improvement measures, and prevent recurrence
- Organize the compilation of quality control documents, communicate with related departments, and ensure their effective implementation
- Responsible for quality assurance work in all stages of project development, assist in completing new product introduction, evaluation of raw materials and consumables, process improvement and optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with work experience as a quality internal auditor in the electronics industry preferred
- Familiar with knowledge of semiconductor components, statistical techniques and ISO9000 framework
- At least 5 years of experience in project quality management of electronic, semiconductor devices or automotive electronic devices
- Proficient in using quality analysis tools (QC seven methods, five core tools, etc.)
- Good communication skills, team spirit, rigorous thinking, and strong ability to analyze and solve problems

Packaging and Testing Engineer | 封装测试工程师
Responsibilities
- Responsible for engineering coordination with packaging factories and testing factories; interface with test suppliers on product test development engineering matters
- Manage the NPI process, oversee the design, manufacturing, and testing workflows, and drive yield improvement
- Ensure that CP and FT meet mass production standards in terms of manufacturing criteria, yield rate, and test coverage
- Analyze production anomalies and abnormal products reported by customers, and assist the CQE in providing handling recommendations
- Track the progress of engineering batches, coordinate failure analysis for pilot runs, and participate in completing product reliability verification
Requirements
- Bachelor's or above in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, Electronic Engineering, or related fields

- Familiar with semiconductor quality standards

Product Engineer | 产品工程师
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining analog chip products, participate in market demand research and competitor analysis, and draft product function/performance specifications
- Collaborate with the design team to follow up pre-tapeout verification and post-tapeout testing of chips, organize test data, and output preliminary product characteristic reports
- Support the compilation of technical documents such as product datasheets and application notes
- Coordinate with FAE/sales teams to collect customer feedback on products, assist in locating application issues, and drive optimization
- Participate in product lifecycle management, track mass production yield data, and support the optimization of product manufacturing processes
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Microelectronics, Integrated Circuit Design, etc.

- Familiar with basic operation of test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters) and able to assist in chip performance testing

- Basic operation skills of EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer); basic knowledge of C/Python is a plus
